Please be aware of potential bad actors reaching out in an attempt to gain access to your banking information.  Right now, spoofing calls are a bigger risk than ever.  Spoofing callers are able to mimic their number to look like a real bank number but then asking for your personal banking information.  Never share your account information.

Important Fraud Alert
We are aware of recent phishing and impersonation scams targeting bank customers. Scammers may:

  • Pretend to be Southwest Heritage Bank employees or trusted services.

  • Ask for your full PIN, password, one-time passcode (OTP), debit/credit card CVV, or Social Security number.

  • Send links or attachments that install malware.

What you should do now:

  1. Do not provide any account credentials, PINs, or OTPs (one-time passcode) in response to an email, text, or call.

  2. Do not click any suspicious links or open attachments.

  3. If you already shared information, call us immediately.

  4. Consider changing your online banking password and enabling two-factor authentication.
